It is a rare opportunity these days to see men stepping out of the pews; surrendering their lives to the ministry.  In the time that I have been able to work with Brother Ellis I have found a unique genuineness that allows him to preach honestly from the Bible and experience.  Please prayerfully consider having him in your church, I believe he will be a blessing to your people.

Personal Testimony:

I was saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ on December 17, 2004 after spending all of my life up to that point pretending to know the Lord. I was raised in a very strong, loving and happy Christian home. I graduated from a very good Christian school that when I attended taught the Scriptures according to the King James Bible. I also received very strong academics, personal skills and beliefs that I still hold to today. I got into legal trouble and was sent to prison in 2004. I strongly believe that the Lord used my legal troubles and the sickness and death of my mother to get my attention. I did some very deep soul searching and knew that from the age of 13 to the age of 35 I had been fooling myself and those around me; I did not truly know the Lord as my Savior. My mother made comments to many people that she would trade her life to see me come to know the Lord. After she was diagnosed with brain cancer I still did not heed to the Lord and my life continued to spiral out of control. I became slothful in business and was eventually sent to prison for insurance fraud and theft. To this day I know that the Lord used my mother's wishes and the bad choices I made to bring me to His saving grace. I thank my mother each and everyday and I'm thankful for the things I have had to endure to come to know the Lord. My wife and my three daughters have been very supportive, stood beside me and have been a great blessing to others because of the things that we have been through and the stand on which we have taken; I thank the Lord daily for their testimony.

Calling from the Lord:

In 2005 I knew the Lord wanted me to work with troubled youth and anyone of any age that might be heading down the wrong road, or that has already experienced the things similar to myself. After job complications, health and spiritual fights the Lord broke me down and I submitted fully to whatever and wherever the Lord would want me to go and call my family into for His service. In 2009 I submitted to and accepted the Lord's calling into this ministry as a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.  Pastor Steve Sumner and his family have been a blessing to me and my family in more ways then I can express. I support and agree with the strong stand he takes on the King James Bible without compromise. I know the Lord has called me and my family into the work of an Evangelist. I am honored to serve the Almighty Lord and Savior in this manner and look forward to where He may lead.

 Primary Message:

My primary message is entitled "Childhood Gone Wrong".


Childhood no matter what age can go wrong with the choices a person makes. I want to show that a person has two types of childhood, physical and spiritual.

  The Lord has laid on my heart a very strong message that consists of my own life, the lives of those I grew up with, and the lives I see today.


I have had the honor to watch the Lord use this message and others, along with my own personal testimony for "the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:"  Eph 4:12 

Having been raised in a good Christian home, school, and church but failing to heed the teachings; I believe parents and the youth in your church needs to hear a clear warning from someone that's been there.    

I look forward to the opportunities that the Lord will give me and my family in the work of His service. Please pray for me and my family and for the Lord’s guidance.
